I am a cheese fan as well. Seriously Sharp from Cabot is good. Another one is an extra sharp cheddar from Ireland (maybe Kerrygold), bought it twice and twice the kids powered through it. I did get some however. I like Feta as well. It is crumbly, pungent and tart. All winners for me. Mozzarella, provolone, pepper jack, colby jack, etc. etc. Cheese is great!
