Well for once I was on time and everything was ready at 1:00 PM but my guest didn't get here until 1:30 but it was great.
No pics of the rest of the feast but here's the roast.

Just woke from a food coma, but here's the bird.
Plated with deviled eggs, Lima beans, candied yams, homemade yeast rolls. ( not pictured )

Some plain, some with pork loin, some with bacon ends, and an eclectic variety of spices.

This is hog casings so most of this will be in bratwurst or slightly larger links.
