A co-worker built a wood shed out of pallets. Not just pallets but the wood from pallets. He did a wonderful job but the labor to take the pallets apart and plane them etc................

Around here if the roof is less than 120 sq ft there is no code.

For a rental property maybe you could put it on wheels and license it as a trailer?

I read about in the neighboring town that a guy built a cement boat and licensed it in his back yard.

Well you are closer to the truth than you know----------------

As I had posted, I have moved the Traeger into the garage but just behind the outside door. I can move it out to use and so far so good:

About the Smoke Alarm--the exhaust fan above my stove is so weak that it doesn't take much at all to have that damn alarm go off!

I will grill tomorrow. Sirloin on natural hardwood with some hickory chips. The steak is for the daughter in law and one grandson. The rest of us will gorge on king crab and shrimp. This is our standard Christmas dinner.

Wishing all of you a great Christmas and wonderful food!

Off to home the steak knives.....

Got up a bit late to wrap it, but the fork fell right in. Got a good yield of slices and chopped. . Burnt end was great!

    Both look great!

I 'think' this is what Tom is talking about concerning his buns--

They are widely available here in the states----and NO---they don't taste like pineapple

Didn’t even know they were still in business, let alone into making sausage.

Can only try, taste, try again

    Hard to make"bad" sausage.

The sausage Charlie buys has to be the best. Almost worth moving back to Texas!
