    I forget the model number but you have to be sure that it does both temp and humidity. I can find the box here and will post the model number shortly.

    Ok that's the model in the link I posted. Looks like $75 plus shipping. I tried to buy it but when I click on PayPal their system seems to freeze. I'll give it a go later.

    I’ve been using a mini fridge. Two cups of water along with the meat has the humidity around 80%. No real need for a humidifier. So as the humidity rises, I use it to trigger a computer fan that is on the door to circulate the air. Then as the temp rises and the fridge kicks on, the humidity begins to drop and the fan shuts off. Then the cycle repeats. It seems to be working well. I will know in a week or two.
