    Thumbs up Making Clarified Butter / Ghee

    Somehow I ended up on a search about this stuff

    I figured heck if I could go get huge hunks of Pig Fat to render into Leaf Lard this has to be way easier

    Making the Clarified Butter was pretty easy but now I am left to understand that actual Ghee is a more entailed process
    Going to try the Clarified Butter for cooking in the Cast Iron, Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel pans

    I couldn't find it for sale in our stores up here so I made it myself,, Anyone else ???
