    That looks delicious!

And what, may I ask, was on the menu for the Guest of Honor, the Baron?

Anything but Whitefish and Tuna as I found out by his going on a hunger strike for a day while we had a battle of wills over food. He won.

I have to laugh watching people standing in the market trying to pick out cat food that their cat might eat. Cats will devour one variety for a few days, then turn their noses up at it. Friskies or Fancy Feast should come out with butt flavored cat food, as I'm sure they would eat it. The only thing my cat will eat consistently is whatever flavor ice cream I'm eating, or if I'm eating anything with cheese on it, and she'll drive me crazy until I share it with her.

    That's quite a meal, Richard.

I'll take a plate of that!

As to what cats will eat, my experience is that if you leave it in their bowl for a couple of days, they'll get hungry enough to eat it (though I often indulged our beloved black cat, one of two beautiful black toms we had) that we think coyotes took a couple of summers ago. My wife loved him more than she did me!
