Made some scallops for dinner last night. One of my favorite foods but nerve racking to cook since there isn't much room for error before they turn into rubber.
There is no such thing a too much horsepower.

Thanked: 4827I too enjoy a good feed of scallops, they are also delightful uncooked. I tend to cook them with a light sear on both sides, if they are warmed through they are done.
