Thanked: 13249Egg Bites ala Starbucks
So the wife loves these things for a quick breakfast on her way to work
The price is OUTRAGOUS but what do you expect from Starbucks !!
So I got on YouTube did some searching last year and found a few recipes to make them at home
The ones this morning were made from Duck eggs I get locally, ain't going to pay $5 a dozen for Walmart Chicken eggs when I can get local farm fresh Duck eggs for $5 a dozen hehehe
The recipe is exceptionally easy and I can make two weeks worth for less than one order at Starbucks
Happy Wife Happy Life and save money Win Win !!!
There are multiple recipes to be found on YouTube they all contain the same 4 essential ingredients
Eggs
Cottage Cheese
Grated Cheese of some type (Wife loves Gouda)
Bacon Crumbles
We have been a little more sensitive to Salt after our second bout of covid in 2023 so I would suggest you try it first without adding any since the Grated cheese and the Bacon will probably have enoughLast edited by gssixgun; 02-24-2025 at 07:21 PM.

Adapt and overcome! I like your way of thinking! I personally don't care for eggs, but I'm glad to see this. And you are correct when you say happy wife, happy life. Good for you guys!

Thanked: 603Not just breakfast! For a snack, eat 'em with quackers (Walmart sells them unsalted.)
You can have everything, and still not have enough.
I'd give it all up, for just a little more.
