So do I. It took me awhile to learn the right grind, right filter pack, and the right leveler pull for that perfect crema with our 32 oz. La Pavoni. Twenty plus years later my double pump doppio will leave any Starbucks flat.I love the total manual operation
Word of advice. Spend the money on a good sturdy coffee grinder. We smoked a few grinders on Peet's rather oily Italian roasted beans before we got a commercial duty grinder.rodb and TwistedOak like this.
