Last night i was drinking the best crown floats i think i've ever had!!! Love this somersbe cider, way nicer then strongbow.
Oooohhhh.... That looks tasty! :beer1:
Anything that doesn't drink me first! ;)
All jokes aside, I do like my beverages. I rotate frequently depending on my mood and the weather. I enjoy "light" drinks when it's sweltering and humid here in the South, such as Gin and Tonic or Vodka and Cranberry.
Huge, HUGE, rum fan. I've tried them up and down the board, but my favorite is unashamedly Sailor Jerry's. Like mixing it up for a Cuba Libre or a Dark and Stormy.
Of course, we can't neglect the other browns...for mixing I'm a Jack and Coke (Glass bottle Mexican Coke with REAL sugar), straight I like Bulliet Bourbon. I also love Scotch, either straight up or as a nice Rusty Nail with some Drambuie and an Orange Peel. Been sticking with JW for straight and Famous Grouse for mixing.
Not big on Tequila...I don't mind it, just not a fan.
I absolutely, positively, can't drink Jameson. I don't know why, but it's like there is some sort of chemical reaction when I do and I immediately feel sick. Never drank it to excess, not sure why I have that reaction, but I do. (In a funny twist of fate last year for my birthday I got not one, but two bottles of the stuff!)
Also a lot of "shining" going on in these parts, so I frequently have some high quality home brew as "Apple Pie" or "Blueberry" Shine.
For beer my tastes are just as varied. For my "common" beers I stick to either PBR or High Life...yeah, yeah, I know. But it's cheap, cold, and alcoholic...sometimes that's all you need when you're wrenching or cutting grass. I also love "fancy beer" as my wife calls it. I tend to gravitate toward stouts and ales, but lately I've been hooked on 80 Acre Hopped Wheat Beer. I don't like wheat beer normally and don't care for overly hopped beer, but that one seems to nail the perfect combination and is delicious.

Thinking about the last week I spent in Cuba by drinking a Mojito made with Rum that was brought back!! Not quite the same when i'm looking out at the snow instead of the ocean.

Here is all the bottles we brought back, awesome considering we spent less then 60$ canadian for the whole lot!
I don't drink very often being a Truck driver. But I do like a Gin and Tonic with either Bombay Gin or No3 made in London its not often seen in the pubs. Its has to have plently of ice and a slice of lime not lemon this is very important. Also a pint of well kept Guinness is not to be missed.
I agree OCD it is a vital part I have sent drinks back because the bar staff put lemon in and lime
