    Nothing fancy for me today.
    Just some traditional suvlaki.

    Good day everybody!

Beautiful hot roast pork with apple sauce on a buttered warm baguette with a large helping of crispy crackling on the side, washed down with an ice cold bottle of Gwynt Y Ddraig 6.5vol Welsh Cider.

Mountains of Montreal smoked meat thinly sliced (shaved) topped with sour kraut and Keens hot mustard between thick slices of buttered rye bread. Accompanied by a Kosher pickle and a side of poutine.

    made this one last night:
Gouda, gruyere, and country ham on hand-sliced italian, grilled in a cast-iron skillet with farm butter, topped with a fried organic brown egg. Served with an arugula salad with a home-made vinaigrette (the acidity of the salad cuts the richness of the sandwich!) on a wooden platter, with french mustard and a bottle of Prosecco.
Its about the simple pleasures in life gentlemen...
