No pics, but I made a Cuban Sandwich today, for those not familiar, its sliced pork roast, ham, jarlsberg cheese, shredded iceberg lettuce, mayo, mustard and dill pickle chips on Cuban bread (which is basically a crusty baguette style), then pressed on a sandwich press. Delicious!

And a very special thanks to Ed Hewitt, I received my samples of Vegemite in the mail yesterday! I can see why its an acquired taste... I liked it, but I'll keep at it!
