Forgot to mention: Pulled Pork Sandwiches made from pork butt roast slow smoked for 12+ hours using a mix of soaked hickory, pecan and applewood chips, topped with coleslaw of course.

Thanked: 2284Everyday, on my way to work, in the work truck, I eat a huge peanut butter sandwich and a coffee. I find its a great start to a long day and kills the growl quick. Now im a fussy guy. I like my peanut butter a certain way. It has to be crunchy peanut butter and it has to be spread on thick! Any bread will do really. I've used english muffins, bagels, soft taco shells, hard taco shells, Whatever will hold it!!
