This is my primary fermentor doing its job in a corner in my office at home. I am cooking four gallons of Melomel (a fruit mead) I know...I know mead is a type of wine; I will be posting pics of my next beer brewing process.

I am a recently converted longtime beer brewer now also making mead. From now on the beer of the day is a mead!
