Just bear in mind,all biscuits in the end are relatively the same but they too are diverse.Some are light and fluffy ,others a little denser,some have flaky layers and others do not.Some are made with buttermilk while some are made with just milk......you get the idea? But they are wonderful !And.....you definitely could smear them with cream,jam and butter and have them with tea and they would work just fine. In fact they are not sweet so they can be dressed sweet or savory and that's the beauty of biscuits !:D
