Oh I do like a bit of rabbit.
So part of this will be tonights.
These are my souvenirs from out trip. A rib roast and a couple of TBone. The TBone are off to the freezer, but the roast will be up tonight.

Dinner on the card table in front of the tv this afternoon. Duck confit and potatoes cooked in duck fat with BLACK truffle oil. And of course a little vin to wash it down.

It was however awesome...
Served with my usual garlicy onion shrooms, and some roast potatoes this time. Ended up having to help the wife with her steak.
Picture 2 is what was left. The wife said I'm an eating machine [emoji23]
