Deboned turkey breast, sous vide 8 hours at 145°F, then broiled. This is my favorite way to cook boneless chicken or turkey, or pork loin. No worries about not being cooked enough, but never overcooked or dry. Everybody should have a sous vide wand and tank, along with a sealer-mealer vacuum bagger.

The new chickens just started laying...had to wait 6 months ( which is the norm ) before I start to see any eggs. But will be good for 3 years of egg production from these girls.
We have 17 Chickens......so eggs will be plentiful now.
Just have to hook up the timer with the light ...now that we don’t have much daylight now a days.
Birds need 14-16 hours of artificial and daylight to keep egg laying at a good clip.
Can't beat the home grown eggs nessmuck. They look great, lotsa different shell colours!!
