Leftover Feast:It was.....Chicken and Shitaki stew over Israelis Couscous spiced with Olive oil and Berber Curry seasoning, a bit of fresh Watermelon on the side to cool things down and then for dessert Vanilla bean ice cream topped with real Maple Syrup and good Ceylon Cinnamon and some iced coffee . Add note : You know there really is a big difference between real Maple Syrup and that factory made stuff for sure. I'm pretty sure it's not as big as New England or Canada (it's probably the equivalent of Poland in the 'coalition of the willing') but at the stores here the maple syrup is mostly local from NY probably 3-4 brands, one from PA and may be one from Canada and two from NE.
For some reason it's always grade A though, and I want grade B which has a lot more flavor. Haven't seen grade B in a while even at the amish market :(
