A nice afternoon drink if you don't plan on doing anything with your evening but more of the same..

    Cheers.
I have seen that and been curious about it. Quite a good price on it as well. Looks great!

Well this may be sacrilege, but enjoyed a heavily peated English Whiskey "Chapter 11" last night from The English Whiskey Company based in Norfolk. This is the first new English whiskey distillery for 100 years here in England, really nice and warming especially during this atrocious weather. It's hand made and bottled by hand.

Yum! I haven't had any of that one for quite a while. Now I need to be on the lookout for it.

When you are dead, you don't know that you are dead. It's difficult only for the others.
It's the same when you are stupid.

    Tonight's dram is Aberlour 12.
I'm hoping to find something from Islay in my stocking in the morning.

    Default Scotch/whiskey of the day

So...I bought my mum a bottle of Bowmore Tempest batch 3 for Christmas. We cracked it open for a taste and it's very good. Light and fruity but with distinctive islay peat.

I've also got a bottle of Arran Premium Single Cask - 1998 sherry cask, which is yet to be opened but I'm pretty excited for it!

    Oh, and merry Christmas!
