Bought a bottle of 18 year old Glennfiddich recently. Smooth and slightly honey in the mouth, with a smokey/caramel aftertaste. Pour yourself a glass, add a SMALL amount of chilled still water. Bite off a tiny bit of at least 70% cacao dark chocolate, then take a sip. Roll it around in your mouth and let the chocolate melt and then swallow. Immediatley open your mouth and take some quick breaths and you can taste all of the flavors melding together on your pallate. Delicous.
