Finished off my bottle of the Knob Creek 120 proof tonight. Very high test hooch, but not as smooth as the Rare Breed. Will likely not purchase again. That said, 2 oz of this in a highball with 4 rocks, a capful of lemon juice, and topped of with diet 7-up is quite nice. Not quite and Old-fashioned, but not far off.

Sorry you didn't care for it, I always recommend it and to tell you the truth your the first. But I,m just like ole Booker T Noe, if you had some left I'd take it and finish it for you.
Now I like the Wild Turkey Rare myself, just not as much, but then again I like a lot of whiskers as long as their some of the better made. And your right it does make a pretty decent highball. But take ginger ale in mine if I mix at all, mostly drink it rocks and follow with a sip of water. Great bottle of Jack there Andrew, I love my tours in Lynchburg a lot, it's one of our 1 day rides on ur scooters, and makes for a great stop.
