    What type of roaster do you use? I would guess a propane roaster for that type of volume.

    Yup. It's gas. Though it's probably smaller than what we expected to need. Anyone roasting coffee in any commercial setting buy a bigger roaster than you need. Baltimore spent baby days in charm city.
