Welcome to the big time Prodigy

That my friend is one fine set up you have, so glad you're enjoying it like you are.

I greatly appreciate your input spendur, I have been pushing my Fresh Roast to it's limits for just me and a friend. 8-10 batches 3 times a week. And some weeks 4 times. So eithr way I need to upgrade.
I've looked at the Cafe Gene, I knew someone on here had mentioned it.

I may seriously have to rethink this whole idea...........

When my freshroast finally gave up the ghost after 5-6 years of good service back in the summer, I went for the gene cafe and do not regret it one bit.

The one caveat is that I've been using it outside, but as the temp has started to drop it has shown itself to be pretty sensitive to changes in ambient temperature, so one of my projects is now to get it set up in the basement with the exhaust venting outside. It still totally works, but needs more supervision to extend time as needed.

However, I'm totally happy with it, and the bottom line is it is giving me very evenly roasted batches. And, in the absence of massive ambient temp swings, those roasts are also very consistent.

    Two from me.

It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.
