Default In Heaven there ain't no beer...

Y'all know how the rest of the song goes.

First, Carrie, Jr. and I are all doing fine. We've been trying to make the best of our free time and learn some new hobbies. Our latest hobby is home brewing beer. Here is my latest Father's day gift, a custom made, one of a kind keezer filled with our home brewed beer.

I'd like to thank Carrie for supporting and contributing to the keezer and my brewing, my son for all of the lifting and help both with brewing and wiring, John and Al for building something they never heard of from my plans and Gary for introducing me to John and Al.

Now for the keezer. It's a 14.8 cu ft Maytag freezer with 2 STC-1000 tem controllers, one for the freezer and one for the coffin fan. The wood is cherry and stained pine and the top and splash behind the taps are a laminate from Home Depot. The tap handles were found from local flea markets, antique shops and a couple of friends. The beers in the keezer are a Robust Porter, a Zombie dust clone, Dogfish Head 90 min clone, an American Pale Ale, a Belgian Ale and a Blond ale.

We hope all of our SRP brothers and friends are well.

Glad you found some time to take and post the photos. It really looks amazing in person, and it's an impressive build. Thanks for sharing (the photos and the beer!)

Hi Joe! It's good to "see" you here.
That beer station looks pretty slick.

    Say hi to Carrie.

Looks great, but you need to fit another tap for the best beer in the UK, Welsh beer Brains SA.
