    Sounds like you're making good progress. I think your comment about using too much pressure on the problem parts of your neck is on the money. I do a bit of that myself and it results in minor irritation. Just do another touch up pass on those parts instead.

    Get some Nivea Men, Post shave balm "sensitive"...about 5 bucks at walgreens. Try that without any other post shave treatment.
    The easy road is rarely rewarding.

    I'm in the Army, and also have sensitive skin. I have spent a lot if time in the woods were hot water isn't available. I was amazed to find out that shaving with cold water helped me, and plus I gave a very thick beard. Give it a go one time and see what happens. Good Luck!

    I want to thank all of you who suggested cold water shaving. I shaved all last week with major reduced pressure on the blade. I still had mild irritation. Tonight I shaved with cold water, no irritation at all. I thank you all for the great input, but I am a new cold shaver from here on out.
