I think it smells more like jagermeister.

but the scent seems to die after about 5 minutes
and corrected the typos on the previous post that saw , oh and no offense taken :-)
Not sure if you are seeing what we are, but these are your last 2 posts. If I am interpreting correctly, it would seem that both you and your girl friend aren't fans of Dominica. I warned you that Bay Rum tends to be a "love it or hate it" scent. Seems you both hate it, but did you just smell the contents in the bottle or did you actually try wearing it? It's not nearly as "potent" smelling when you splash it on.

Could just be time to try something else.

Oh, and I do get just a little cinnamon, but for me, the Bay oil smell is dominant. I don't get Jagermeister at all.

Could the Jagermeister be the cause of your somewhat incoherent typing?

she always says it that I do that, so I ignore it

She isn't and I am on the fence , and I was just saying that the scent disappears after about 5 minutes. And jager is a liquish smell, maybe I need to get my nose checked.
And at least I don't get the cheap alachole aftershave smell.

Well I put a drop or close to that on my wrist to test it.
The sent seems to change slightly in words as to what I would say it smells like, now I am getting something that makes me think pumpkin ple spice cut not getting any earthy scents.
So I put about a half tsp worth on my face and sent lasted 5-10 min.

I'd definitely say it's a spicy scent - not quite pumpkin spice to me, but both are spicy, so I think I get where your coming from.

No offence, but it's pretty hard to make out your post, is something wrong with your keyboard?
Sorry, too late to change that post. Witch hazel reminds me of tequila, not bay rum.

Got my order! 2 10oz bottles of Bay Rum Lime, 1 6 oz. Bay rum lime bottle with a sprayer top, 1 bar of the bath soap and thought I would try the AVA shave soap that they offer and IMO it's a bath soap.
All stocked up ready for the next Dominica Bay Rumpocalypse

you do know that is scheduled for next month ?
now I am looking for a free pour restricter for the aftershave 10oz bottle .
any ideas not that is the only aftershave bottle i have, so taking from other after shave bottles probably won't work

I think someone mentioned that they used a restrictor from an empty bottle of "Mr. Fine" AS? Don't remember where I saw it posted, probably this thread...lol
If you find one that fits let us know! Although the open bottle has some strange appeal to me, after using the spray bottle a few times so far it's just not the same. You know, pull the cork, or remove the plastic cap and c-a-r-e-f-u-l-l-y pour it into your hands as it spills everywhere and goes down the drain sad event to witness, but feels like that's the way it's suppose to done.

I bought a cork stopper and drilled a hole through it and jammed it in the bottle flush and it seemed to reduce the waste on my last bottle. Forgot that I did that...
