Thanked: 551Ever since I found a local source for Thaters witch hazel and aloe skin conditioner, I’ve stopped using my Osma block and any kind of aftershave. In winter or on windy days, I will use some organic Shea butter, but that’s it.

I have to admit that I love all the soaps and various scents. I use matching post shave balm and matching beard oil.
I don't buy a soap if I can't get the balm and beard oil.
The Shea butter you use would probably be equally as good for me too and could possibly be better than my soap theme obsession, but I have to say that if I couldn't get all the wonderful and exciting soaps, balms and oils, I would probably lose interest in straight shaving.
Oh, I just reread my post, I may have a new disorder.
I do have Osma alum but I use it mostly when I get pink lather.- - Steve
