Nice Sunday Shave
I woke up early enough this morning to properly prep and enjoy a nice calming Sunday shave. I got pretty close and have graduated to going ATG in some areas so its feels a little more tender, but nice and BBS.
Since I'm going more ATG and its getting closer and closer (technique is getting much better) I decided to try some extra post shave skin conditioning. After using some Clubman P aftershave, I mised about 2-3 drops of pure olive oil with a little water and massaged it into my face. Man it feels good. And my skin doesn't feel as painful and dry as it normally does. I'm gonna try this out for a few days and if it works great then i'll look into some post-shave oils.
Happy Stra8 Shaving everybody!!!

Thanked: 293You got it brother!
Remember to lower your angle on those ATG passes and your face will thank you. I'm often guilty of this (a regular ATG shaver), and when you pay attention to light strokes with low angles, the alum and AS always give less burn than when I attack ATG aggressively.
Nice job!

Thanked: 190Good Stuff!
I got in an awesome BBS shave this morning as well. Nobody around to "push" me along. I am still feeling just how good it was 15 hours later.

Thanked: 0I really love shaving early in the morning. It feel's nice and
refreshing in my skin. When im using ATG i lower the angle
when i use it in my face so my skin will not feel so much
pains.
