Just thought I would let you guys know that two weeks ago I picked up a bottle of Neova After Shave Balm from a very high-end dermatologist in Seattle (the type where you're waiting in line behind 30 Microsoft wives from Bellevue who are signing credit card receipts for thousands of dollars.) I wanted to get a good amount of shaves in with it before I started blabbing about it on SRP.

It's called "Neova Afer Shave Therapy With GHK Copper Peptide Complex (TM)." It costs $37 after tax, and comes in a 4oz bottle. The amount required for a full-face shave is a half dime size on your pinky. You gently work it in your skin after a shave, and oh boy does it do a killer job. It is the irritation bump destroyer, and your skin just feels amazing when you use it. Killer stuff, and it's concentrated enough so 4oz will last you a long time. I highly, highly, recommend. I have used GFT Coral Skin Food, AOS Balms, and all the Burts Bee's / Kiss My Face crap (and I mean crap) from the grocery store. I'm also quite partial to spraying a healthy dose of Heritage Rose Water with Glycerin ($7 from Whole Foods) with any of the balms that I have use.

The ingredients are: Purified Water, Petrolatum, Isopropyl Palmitate, Polyacrylamide, C13-14 Isoparrifin, Laureth-7, Gylceryl Stearate, Dimethicone, Carbomer, Triethanolamine, Prezatide Copper Acetate, Bera Glucan, Aloe Vera Gel, Safflower Oil, Retinyl Palmitite, Ergocalciferol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Butylparaben, Ethylparaben, Propylparaben.

Maybe I'll do a review of it here when I earn some more stripes, but I thought I would at least bring it to as many peoples attention as possible in the meantime. Killer stuff. The dermatologist sells it online, but I'm sure you can find it by Googling it. If you can't, I can hook you up with the dermatologists website.

Peace peeps,
~brian
