    Default Razorock

Okay let me start by saying that I have not used an ALUM block prior to this. So YMMV.

I was lucky enough to score 2 free Razorocks through a promotion and have to say so far the company is impressive.

Joeseph has been very upbeat, polite and in general a real delight to deal with. Considering I was not a paying customer i found this refreshing. The products arrived at my door lightening fast as well. They were shipped Tuesday and Joeseph paid the extra for expidited shipping and I had them Wed. and again considering these were free we are now bordering on unheard of.

So this morning I was going to test out these mineral salt blocks with my shave. As a general rule I shave at night so I have time but this week has not worked out that way. So did my morning shave which is slightly more hurried and generally not as good as if I were to take my time at night. rinsed and applied the wet rock to my whole face.

If you like sting this will provide it. It is a different sting than I get with my A/S, little more intense and sharper. But it does not last long (thankfully)

Let it dry for 2-3 minutes as per the instructions then rinsed face and applied A/S

Well an hour later I have to say this stuff is incredible. My medicore morning shave feels every bit as good as my evening shave, skin is smooth and not dry/sticky which I sometimes get from my a/s. My face feels alive almost. it is a wierd/ hard thing to describe, it is like that refreshing splash A/S provides for a few minutes where everything feels tight and cool. But instead it has been over an hour and still that feeling.

For what they charge for these why this is not one of those items recommended more is beyond me. And again I have nver used an ALUM before so this may be the norm for them and if it is I sure wish I tried this earlier.

That is indeed the norm for Alum. Amazing stuff!
