Red face Ultimate Post Shave Pampering

    Hey Guys,

I happened across this stuff at a shop down the road and though it is ridiculously expensive and most people would gawk at the price have found it to be the ultimate post shave pampering of the entire face. I use it once a week with results that fully justify the price.

    1. Naturopathica Pore Refining Clay Mask - Slather a thin layer on immediately after the last shave warm (or hot to really open the pores) water rinse and really work it in for a good 3 minutes and then let it sit for 30.

    2. Naturopathica White Tea Antioxidant Mask - Rinse #1 off with warm water then pat dry. Then slather a thin layer of this stuff on and massage it in for a few minutes. At first it doesn't seem to work its way in but then all of a sudden it completely absorbs into your skin. Let this also sit for 30 minutes (or over night if you shave right before bed) before a cold water rinse and dry.

Like I said, give it a try once a week in place of your normal post shave ritual ideally following a night shave before bed.

added: just noticed on their website they sell a shave kit with a wash, cream, and moisturizer. will have to give that a try too.

I tried using some some mask once. After my wife stop laughing her butt off at the sight of me I shelved that idea.

this mask doesn't show at all, very thin and soaks in... not caked on. give it a shot, works wonders.

Do the pore refining mask and antioxidant mask have to be used in conjunction with one another?

i wouldn't think so but they do seem to compliment each other perfectly. the mask really preps your skin up good and the antioxidant then moisturizes and tightens it up. puts a nice shine on the BBS and looks great. you will see and feel the difference immediately, almost like getting a fresh face to go along with the fresh shave.

the stuff isn't cheap but it takes very very little of each, say a fingernail sized scoop. to be sure you don't use too much apply the clay when your face is still slightly damp from the hot water. it won't feel like it is even covering at all but after 10 minutes you will feel it is working. use sparingly.

The price isn't THAT bad (relatively) when you think about the fact that it's "organic"/homeopathic. Some of those treatments cost hundreds of dollars...

Oh well...this stuff looks like it would work pretty well. I might have to give it a try

    Thanks

You are exactly right. This stuff is of the very highest quality. I was shell shocked at the counter when she told me the price but after the first use I can see you are getting what you paid for. Also I have projected it should last me a year at once a week so cost really is almost inconsequential.
