Septic sticks...
I have seen on auction sites several times where people think they are called septic sticks and label them as so. That's the exact opposite of what you want to put on a cut. lol

Lol, that is quite a unfortunate way of spelling it I'd say.
Last time I checked septic shock have a 25-50% mortality rate. Just like straight shaving

Styptic is an interesting looking word. It's also interesting that "spell check" doesn't question it?? It's not a very common word that it I've seen used in conjunction with anything but shaving.
