Default Make Your Own Awesome AS

I wanted to share an AS 'recipe' i created that smells rich (kind of an acquired scent) The refreshes and smooths your skin incredibly after a shave. I happen to love the smell, and i'd gather by the ingredients you will be able to tell if this ones for you or not before you waste your time checking it out.

Start off with a decent to good bourbon. I used knob creek, i have used wild turkey 101 in the past, either works well
Fill a regular sized mason jar (or similar) half way with the bourbon.
Add to it the following ingredients- you can add or remove ingredients to fit you preference
4-5 cedar cigar wrappers or a couple chunks of strongly scented cedar wood
a SUPER SMALL 1/4 pinch of coffee
8-10 Cigar tips or 1 medium pinch of cigar tobacco (this can be substituted with Cavendish pipe tobacco)
    2 whole peppercorns
1/8 of a stick of cinnamon broken in to little chunks (not powder)
    1 clove

Shake the mixture vigorously for several mins
allow mixture to sit unbothered under your kitchen sink for 2-4 weeks shaking daily, and never unscrew to take a whiff.

After 2-4 weeks (the longer the better) unscrew the top and take a 1/2 medium sized (Fresh) Aloe branch and add the slime in to the mixture. do not add the green part only the inside that you squeeze out! That is important!
grate a small amount of alum in to the mix as well (optional)
Fill the the jar a little more than 3/4 to the top with high proof vodka or better yet DA (Denatured alcohol)
Shake again and allow to sit and additional day or so to settle.

Get a bunch of coffee filters. strain the mixture until clear, cleaning the vessle you are pouring it in to each time untill the liquid is free of floating particles. botte in your choice of glass container and enjoy!!!!

I know i enjoy this one, hope you do too!

I would have to start shaving in the evening!

After my smart remarks I should give this a try. I would cut the recipe by 1/2 or 1/4 to start with though.
