Thread: Home brew hard cider based aftershave

Hi everyone, last weekend I made up some aftershave with my homebrew hard cider and gunk squeezed out of my aloe vera plant. Its pretty good,! Though I have only ever used one other aftershave (witch hazel), so I'm not sure how it compares to a wider field. But its nice to use something you made yourself.

It has a more intense burn for a few seconds vs. the witch hazel, but I think my skin recovers faster. Plus it smells like delicious hard cider.
