Jatai Blade Glide
Anybody heard of/used this stuff? Seems to work on the same principle as the venerable (& expensive) Castle Forbes: lots of silicones & a big one, cationic (literally "cathode ion") conditioners of some sort. The silicone is supposed to help soften the beard & promote blade glide (terrible joke; I blame the IPA I'm drinking) & the cationic stuff is supposed to neutralize the electrostatic charge of the hair, in theory allowing it to be held up more easily after lathering.
Seems cheap @ any rate. Think I'll pick up a bottle & see if it's any good. If it is, I expect full credit for having started another fad in shavedom!

People are always coming out with new things like this and I've never seen anything favorable about any of them.
I remember years ago they came out with this stuff called amazing shave. You apply it and then shave. No other prep needed. The stuff was like bear grease on your face and the whiskers just stuck to your razor and you couldn't wash them off. That failed too.No matter how many men you kill you can't kill your successor-Emperor Nero
