    I can use the Anthony Logistics scrub everyday. I find it works very well for freeing ingrown hairs. I can feel the whiskers pop free from the skin when I use it (I shave every morning). Be careful to avoid the scrubs that contain crushed walnut shells and volcanic pumice, they can be very harsh.
    It's not cheap, but I get about 100 applications from a tube.

    I mix sugar and washing up liquid for removing hand grime.
    Bread and water can so easily become tea and toast

    They do exfoliate well though. But are better used on tougher skins like on your back. I usually use a terry cloth washing glove though. If you don't use fabric conditioner the terry cloth gets a bit harder and does a terrific job.

    Ah, Gojo... it brings back memories of my teenage years when I used it often at work.
