Matter of fact, I have been using a kettle lately. This is how I am using it.

I boil the water, proceed to the bathroom, shower, have a large mettle scuttle ready that fits my enlarged face towel. When face preparing, I fold the cloth within the stainless steel mettle scuttle and flood it. Fight the finger pain and get that succer on my face.

I squeeze out the remaining liquid and empty the ss scuttle and reflood and apply for each pass. It's worked out brilliantly for me, so far.

Just add a little whitie vinegar to the water, boil, let sit and viola... shiny shiny shiny. Just don't forget to rinse out all the vinegar or you'll have a tangy cup a

I used a Hamilton Beach electric kettle I got for about $10 that didn't shut itself off and let it heat while I showered. I quit using it when I became a cold water shaver. I live in a warm climate.

Yours sounds a lot nicer because you can prevent the water from getting too hot.
