Obie, I've heard that, too. But I personally haven't found it to be true. Our water is very hard where I live but the soap still lathers up just great. I have found a stiffer brush seems to work well, so maybe that's a key.

Hogaloo, my reference to Larry Andro was just where to buy a small piece for basically nothing. Several seem to think MWF is expensive, so here's where people can try it without risk. I've not seen it sold this way anywhere else, so to me, the uniqueness of getting a just little bit is worth mentioning. Hope it doesn't offend anyone.
