Thanked: 4I finished a straight razor shave tonight after using my new warmer. It is worth every penny, each towel is piping hot (too hot to touch by hand, but faces love it) My first towel went on bare, and my second over a layer of lather.......
My home feels better than a barber shop.....After 15 minutes and 3 towels, I got my best straight razor shave yet....And a few moments of pure relaxation.....The hot towels wash all stress and day to day worries away..(along with whiskers)
Life is good

Will do ! I'm just back from vacation but will post pics with towels loaded as soon as I can.
And this is different from
a) soaking it in hot water
b) microwave/oven
how? :P
a) Answer: No real huge difference other than the fact I can sit back and relax long and hard. The towels are ready for me at the perfect temperature. As one towel cools, I can grab many other without leaving my recliner.
b) Answer: A microwave is tricky to use and does'nt keep the towels at a perfect constant temperature. This is a "set it, and forget it" set up. I'll be adding a timer to have my towels ready for my nightly shave.
All I know is I'm loving this thing. I even get a few ZZZ's in from while soaking up. I feel like a million bucks after I'm done.----Rested, relaxed and ready to shave !

Good for you! I can see how relaxing it might be to have an ever-ready warm towel available. I have not tried a hot towel treatment at home but your post inspires me to at least try it. I have enjoyed the hot lather/hot towel experience at my local barbershop.
I think the towel warmer is very nice looking and it really is a good price when you think of the cost of a new razor.
Forget the nay-sayers and ENJOY your new toy!
Happy Shaving!
