Thanked: 0Looking for a lightly scented splash
I have about 8 or so aftershave splashes. I find that I mostly use Osage and Proraso because they are lightly scented and do not clash with my cologne. I also own and love the smell of Altinsbruck, and Speick but find that it is too strongly scented and clashs with my cologne.
Any other suggestions?
Floids?
Thanks

Other than the Proraso, the Floids are my only choice. The scents fade extremely quickly which, like yourself, I prefer so as not to interfere with a fragrance. I have all the Floids and can't myself see being without any of them.

Thanked: 1195I would suggest 4711. When it goes on it has a very nice citrus scent but it fades very quickly (5 mins or so).

Thanked: 13247If I shave at night I use Thayers Cucumber as a very light splash so I don't kill the poor wifey with a heavy scent before bedtime

I agree with gssixgun, Thayers Witch Hazel. All good scents and not over powering.

+1 for the Thayers cucumber. I use it after every shave sometimes it is my only 'aftershave' sometimes i let it dry then apply a scented balm or lotion.

4711 is indeed a great choice. Also take a look at Acqua di Parma's Colonia after shave lotion from the Barbiere range.
