I mixed some AV and witch hazel together , same smell but makes my skin feel so much better.

I have found that Baxter of California After Shave Balm is the best I've used for taming razor burn.
YMMV.

Aqua Velva is in my rotation of aftershave splashes and is my favorite one.
I haven't tried Prep preshave, but I occasionally use 3P preshave. Both are from Italy and seem to be the same type of formulated product. 3P works well for me.You can take the boy out of NY, but you can't take NY out of the boy.
