Your probably smelling sweet like maple syrup all the time and on the farm it is easy to loose track what day of the week it is because animals and crops to not follow a 40 hour a week schedule.

Not a normal Friday for me. Filling in for vacation relief at work tonight. About the only thing normal in my routine will be the Clubman.
I slept in the best I could this morning and have yet to shave.
I just got thinking and maybe I should carry a bottle of the Veg to work tonight and open it up in my truck to keep me awake on the drive home tomorrow morning....

How does the original blend with the gas smell?

Oh so funny.
I wish Clubman lingered longer so i could enjoy it more. But its gone from my nose a couple minutes afterwards. The wife smells it for a good long while up stairs.
And to be honest I dont really smell gas much. I guess my smeller is just worn out. It's just Sharpening, right?

The reason that 'we' don't smell things (like our aftershaves) for an extended period of time is called -- olfactory adaptation.
In short our senses just get used to the smell and pay it no mind.
Ever leave the house and be gone a few hours and when you walk back in you think 'What the hell is that stench'? Only to find it's the package from the chicken you cooked for supper the night before that's in the nearly empty kitchen garbage can? That smell was probably there all the time when you woke and got ready to go out--your senses had just become used to it while you slept BUT once you got back home THEN they said WHOA!!Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdin’s cave of 'stuff'.
