    Pinaud In History
On this day in 479 BC, over 1 million Persian Invaders stood at the gateway to Sparta; the pass at Thermopylae. The sole intention of the Persian King Xerxes was to invade the warrior nation of Sparta and steal their vast supplies of Pinaud. Sparta is the birthplace of Pinaud.

The Persian King requested, "Surrender all your Pinaud to me!"

The Spartan King Leonidas would follow no such request.

King Leonidas then uttered the famous words that would ring in Eternity.

With the help of John I took a chance on this bad boy. It is inbound as we speak. I asked the seller and they said no cracks or chips. We shall see.

Nice bottle Kyle.... there seems to be a small, precise, slit where the crimping is,
and I'd guess that is a deliberate cut
Someone has had that off before in order to clean/refill the bottle, which means
it probably is loose enough to spin around on the lip of the bottle.
That means (if I'm correct) you should be able to take it off, clean and polish
the whole thing and replace the cork washer before re-crimping to make watertight .
Keep us informed of progress !!

    Hi Mate !!

As a fellow Sandgroper and member of Agent Pirlaud's underground network, I have some bad news.
The closest retail shop is 2727 kilometers or 1695 miles or 1472 nautical miles....Melbourne.
Turnleys range has shrunk to just two these days:

I've ordered from them just once as shipping costs are the same as actual purchase costs.
All my fave EP stuff comes from ebay-mostly "lisko1" but there are others.
Where we live there are no cheap options.
