Mennen Pacific Breeze - I need a new AS, suggestions ?

Great shave...the Yeti Snot toned down just enough so that I could still see this time...
    What have you been using?

I started with QCS Vostok, but after I tried the PREP Menthol I could not resist it, I think it was 2 or 3 Menthol Mondays in a row.
Read on the Yeti site how to gently melt it, so I gave that a try. It is a powerful hit of menthol but not as "meaty" a lather as the outstanding PREP.
The cube sample that I had of Yeti Snot was hard to work with before I zapped it and let it cool (covered)

    Sample:

    And melted in container:

Size: 25.4 KB

This does make me want to try some of the other Yeti Samples I have in the bottom of the "basket o stuff"...

    Someday...

You put me to shame. For an aftershave I like my Frankenshave stuff. I mix 40 percent aloe gel, 40 percent witch hazel, and 10 percent glycerin. I then add menthol, peppermint, and like oil.

Our experimental - home made AS would be a whole new thread.
I've been using a vegetable peeler to remove the zest of Pink Grapefruit which I soak in a blend of vodka, rum & Everclear to boost the Proof up to 110 or 55% alcohol.
Some of the blends I have added the Pimenta racemosa oil for that Bay Rum hit.
Making your own Aftershave is yet another hobby that can get way out of hand..

    Smooth Shaving..

Stirling Glacial Obsidian followed by Glacial Lemon Chill AS

Supporting cast: Thiers Issard Le Grelot, Ever-Ready 800 reknotted in 24mm Premium Silvertip and Salmon design Scuttle

I have not tried Yeti Snot but I suspect it is collected directly from the Yeti following his shave with Glacial Obsidian. If you want uncontrolled tears of joy and clear sinuses. Glacial Obsidian is it!

So the PREP came up next for Menthol Monday and I like this more each time I use it...
So of course they are going to stop making it...

Picture from a few weeks ago with the same setup -

And a shout out to jsuiters for getting this started, a great way to start Monday..

That shave this morning was good enough I might enjoy the second Monday of the week tomorrow morning.

    Thank you,
I just couldn't think of a better way to shake a weekend hangover on Monday morning than freezing my face.

I posted this a while back:
"Why would I want to use Yeti Snot, when I already use the stuff that made the Yeti's nose run in the first place." I been using Glacial Wintergreen with great results. Its like Icy Hot for your face minus the hot unless you bowl lather in a warm scuttle. That is some of the slickest soap I have ever used.
