Thread: Cologne to AS

I have a cologne that I really like but as I hardly ever wear cologne I tend not to use it much. However, as I tend to shave I do use AS's but I cannot find an AS in the same scent so is there a way to turn a bottle of cologne into an AS. Do I just dilute with alcohol or witch hazel?

Dilution might work, but you have to know what to dilute with.
If you can find the ingredients you may be able to figure out what to use for the dilution.

If you are going to use alcohol, my understanding is that for fragrances Perfumer Alcohol is used but that thing is 200 proof (100%) so it must be diluted with something else to be usable without burning one's skin.

I would use a small amount to experiment with, before diluting the rest.
