    Default I'm A Bad Influence.

I decided to get supplies ready for my son's first shaving experience, which will be next week. I already have the razor, vintage Gillette TTO. A simple badger from Edwin Jagger for him. I ordered him a brush & razor holder from SRD today.

So,,,,,,,,,, today I took him through all the aftershaves I have in the Shave Den(small cramped bathroom) & asked him if he liked any of them. He did not like any off them. Then he turned to me & said, " I like the one that you keep in the car." I asked him if he was sure,,, He said , "Yes".

Well this is what I keep in the car,,,,,

Is that the old car that you use to store stuff in or is it the new one that you drive. Just curious as I don't store aftershave in either of my vehicles.

Seems I am a bad influence as well John.
My lad I regifted my dad's old Gillette DE and a home made badger brush in an old piece of Longhorn and the full starter kit. Now at 20 he seems to be afraid to shave his meager scruff for fear it'll never grow back, hehe.
I keep tellin him "You got to mow it to grow it".
    Kids,,,
My daghters boyfriend however, at 27 is asking to learn the way of the straight, so I am gifting him a Genco Easy Cutter, pinaud, soap and brush etc to indoctrinate him.. More strength in our ranks men!
Congrats on your son crossing the line!

Yes it's an old trick for serial killers when they leave their victims in the trunk too long a few drops of that stuff and even a dog can't hit on the scent of decaying corpses.
