Thanked: 5Floid the Blue EDT. Only $18.99 at SRD and smells just like the beloved AS by the same name. I bought a bottle on a whim because I ordered some sharpening supplies. Found it to be identical in it's scent characteristics but just last a lot longer.
Oh and as a bonus prize my wife absolutely loves it. She likes it so much if I start to go somewhere without putting it on she makes me go back and apply it before we go. If women love it then...well isn't that why we wear the dang stuff in the first place? Ha.

Thanked: 603If you have it already, and can afford to keep it in-stock, I recommend sticking with the Hermès l'eau d'orange verte, and run from the other suggestions (especially the Clubman Lime Sec -- it's quite horrible, and even at a low price-point, it's a hands-down waste of money.
The Hermès l'eau d'orange verte is a "close-in" scent, but isn't it the truth that we don't want strangers a body-length away to be smelling us, but that we DO want those whom are close-up... "embraceable" comes to mind... to notice easily our afterscent. I know it is so, with me. Hermès l'eau d'orange verte does not have strong sillage, but it does have a nice "longevity" (close-up). After all, she'll be the one who's close to you, and the aroma of your afterscent (atuned to your body's chemistry) will be what attracts her -- and continue to do so, throughout the evening. I say: go with the Hermès, and be happy and confident. You can have everything, and still not have enough.
I'd give it all up, for just a little more.
