    Default Nostalgic mood

We are getting our bathroom refitted soon and I am using it as an excuse to get new stuff. I've ordered Old Spice which I've not seen in the house since the early 70s, and Ice Blue Aqua Velva which I've not smelled yet. I love old stuff and got the idea after watching You Tube videos of 50s ads. The bath is coming out and will be replaced by a Miele shower. I can't wait to see the white suite installed instead of the old peach coloured suite we have now which we hate. Getting my legs over the side of the bath is getting to be a problem now. Gone will be the little frameless mirror to be replaced by a large mahogany framed mirror.
I haven't posted here for ages so thanks to StraightRazorPlace for still sending the birthday email.

Will you share photos of the finished room?
    This sounds great.

We have been told because of them being very busy, that it will be December sometime before they come to give us a quote. The housing assoc.that we joined to get it done has the best rep. So slightly frustrating but in a way, a good sign of their competence.I heard that if someone can do it at a moments notice, that you are taking a risk.
Will be only too pleased to post the results! The biggest problem I had was calculating the number of tiles needed for the whole bathroom floor to ceiling. Nice big 31 X 60 cm tiles. I've never been good at counting ( despite this, my maths teacher really liked me 'cause she used to put little kisses next to all my sums lol).
