Thread: Best after shave lotion/balm for razor burn?

    I have Nivea post shave balm and it is great stuff for the money. I also really like the AOS sandalwood AS balm my wife bought me. Both feel great on a bit of razor burn. As mentioned above let it heal before shaving again I have found to be best advice.

    Immediately after shaving i use an Alum Bar, then a little Nivea AS Balm (lately).. About 5 minutes after i hit it with a mix of Aveeno, Castor Oil and Tea Tree Oil.

    That's a little bit too much for me as I would rather not have to mix my own tonic. Thank you anyway for your comments! Ed
