Thread: Home made aftershave.

So after valitines day( turned out awesome the wife loved her new shave gear ) I asked my wife if she wanted to make some home brewed aftershave togeather as a fun little project to do togeather.She said sure and this is what we came up with for our base.
4 oz of alcoho(vodca)
8 oz witch hazel
30 drops Neem Oil
1 Oz Rose water
1 Oz Glycerin
We blended this up in a jar then transferred to some blue 4 oz bottles.
Then we added ES oils to each bottle to our own liking.
I also made one bottle of Bay rum using Kraken rum for the alcohol,my wife did the math so I could make a base that was only 4 oz I used this bay oil and I think I used about 4 drops and it came out nice.
It was a fun project to do together and the stuff works great,not to much bite and that's great for her(I love a after shave with a lot of Bite ) and it really is very soothing.
